Partner networks

Inclusion@Lloyd’s Partner Network initiative supports cross-market networks within the insurance market that focus on specific diversity and inclusion needs. Inclusion@Lloyd’s brings the Partner Networks together, promoting collaboration and connections across the insurance sector. Below is a roundup of our supported employee resource groups:

Link – The LGBT Insurance Network

Link is a professional network for members of the LGBT+ community and their allies who work in the insurance sector. Link’s mission is to create and maintain workplaces that attract and retain the best LGBT+ talent to the insurance industry. Link works towards this goal through a lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender lens, while being inclusive of all types of diversity.

iCAN – The Insurance Cultural Awareness Network

iCAN is the industry-wide independent network that supports multicultural inclusion across the insurance sector.  Its mission is to promote multicultural inclusion and progression, engage with allies, and celebrate the benefits of inclusion and diversity in the insurance sector. It organises and manages many events, networking and skills sessions, speed mentoring events and more, as well as working with the employee resource groups across the industry to push the BAME agenda.

GIN – The Gender Inclusion Network

The Gender Inclusion Network for Insurance was formed in 2015 by a group of likeminded women from across the insurance industry. The group shares a passion to leverage diversity and inclusion to produce tangible business results and drive cultural change both within their respective organisations and across their industry. The conglomerate committee is made up of representatives from the internal Gender Networks from a number of insurance firms. Membership is open to both women and men across the insurance industry who want to take positive action to improve the gender balance within the industry.

IFN – Insurance Families Network

IFN’s mission is to make the insurance industry as family friendly as possible – allowing all those with family and caring responsibilities to reach their full career potential, achieve a happy, healthy and productive work and family life and feel truly included.
